Green pancakes with aromatic cottage cheese

Pancake batter:
glass of spelled flour
1 and 1/2 cups water (carbonated can be added)
2 handfuls of baby spinach
frying oil
350 homemade cream cheese
spoon of honey
lime zest for saku
almond flakes
mint or lemon balm

Put the spinach in a dish, pour water and blend. We add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Fry thin pancakes in a heated frying pan and a small amount of oil.
Crush cottage cheese with a fork, add lime zest and honey and herb leaves. Mix.
We stuff pancakes and sprinkle with powdered sugar
