Ingredients for two portions:
120 g penne
small broccoli
a handful of sunflower seeds
spoon of butter
spoon of soy sauce

Cook the pasta al dente. At this time, roast the sunflower in a dry frying pan and cook the broccoli (tossed it into boiling water, and when it boils again, simmer for 3 minutes, strain in a colander). Melt butter in a frying pan, put cooked pasta on it, mix, add soy sauce and fry for a while. Finally, put broccoli and sunflower seeds in the pan. Mix gently and serve.
