Whole wheat spaghetti with arugula pesto, capers and Black Forest ham (own recipe)

Ingredients for 2 people:
150g full grain spaghetti pasta
3 tablespoons rocket pesto
2 tbsp capers
4 slices of Black Forest ham
1 tablespoon of oil

Boil water with salt and one teaspoon of oil in a saucepan. Toss pasta and cook al dente. During this time, heat a second teaspoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the slices of ham torn to pieces. They should be crunchy. Strain the pasta. Mix with Pesto, capers and crunchy strips of ham. Put the pasta on plates and serve immediately.
