Turkey meatballs with orzo noodles and yogurt sauce

INGREDIENTS:

(for 3 people)

* ground turkey leg – 750 g

* white onion – 2 pcs

* L egg – 2 pcs

* garlic – 3 cloves

* breadcrumbs – 4 tbsp

* salt

* pepper

* fresh dill

ADDITIONALLY:

* orzo pasta – 300 g

* Greek yoghurt

* salt pepper

* Garlic

* dill

THE WAY OF PREPARATION:

meatballs:

Chop the onion, squeeze the garlic through the press.

Mix minced meat with onion and garlic, add salt, pepper, chop dill and breadcrumbs.

We stick the eggs – we knead very thoroughly into a flexible, well-forming mass.

We form meatballs.

We put side by side on a sheet lined with paper.

Bake for about 40 minutes at 180C (turn during baking).

If you do not care about reducing calories, we can safely fry them in a pan.

YOGHURT SAUCE:

Mix Greek yogurt with chopped garlic, salt pepper and fresh dill.

WHOLE:

Serve the meatballs with cooked al dente noodles and yogurt sauce.

Of course, we can add fresh lettuce, such as lamb’s lettuce or other favorite additions.
